Non-smoking rooms: All rooms, public areas, restaurants, and lounges are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smoke in their rooms.
Invoices: To receive an invoice in a company's name, please send the company's RUT number to reservas@danncarltonbaq.co (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Colombian time) to update your company information in our system.
If you forget an item in your room, please email calidad@danncarltonbaq.co with your information and a description of the lost item. We will search for the item and contact you with further instructions.
Only registered guests are allowed to use the pool. This is for the safety of all swimmers.
While we can make note of your preferences for high floor, street view, balcony, or pool view rooms in your reservation, these requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
